This tool, called 2ruler, consists of a dual rule with which you can measure the distance in pixels between two points on an image and calculate ratios and angles.
Instructions:
You have two lines that you can place on the part of the image you want to analyze. To do this you need only to drag their ends.
You can change the color of the lines and/or its ends to increase the contrast with the image you are using.
It shows the measurement in pixels of each line, the angle between two lines and the ratio between them. It also notifies if the resulting ratio is close to some value particularly relevant.
If the image you are analyzing is greater than the available space on the application, the image is resized to be shown completely, but the measure in pixels will refer to the original size of the image.

Portable Version
Portable Version requires no installation, but you can only load images that are in the same directory as the application.
